The [in-app assistant](/assistant/in-app-capabilities#ai-recommendations) shows recommendations on a card where you apply them in the editor yourself. ## Going through recommendations AI recommendations are the suggested script changes you also see in the script editor (see [AI Generation](/scripts/ai-generation)). Ask *"Go through the open recommendations on the Sales script with me"* and the assistant lists the ones that still apply. For each one it can explain the change and why, then: * **apply it** — the change is made to the flow as a new version, exactly as if you accepted it in the editor. Applying never publishes; the change goes live when the script is next published. * **reject it** — optionally saying why. * **undo it** — an applied recommendation is reverted and goes back to open. The assistant can apply or undo several at once. Each recommendation is checked first: one whose step has changed since it was suggested is reported as out of date instead of being applied. Applying and undoing need both **Create new script revisions** and **Review and approve AI recommendations**. Rejecting needs only the second. *** ## Filing its own suggestions Ask the assistant to review a flow and it can file what it finds as open recommendations, for you to accept now or later in the editor. Its suggestions can: * rewrite a step's words, name or mode * change a step's settings, such as response eagerness or thinking effort * change a step's routes * add a new step * remove a step — shown struck out as **Remove step** in the review. A removal is only filed together with new routes for everything that pointed at the step. A suggestion is only filed if it applies cleanly and doesn't introduce errors. One that is already open isn't filed twice. *** ## Asking for a fresh review The assistant can ask Voxworks to run a new recommendation review for one script, or for every script on your team that has reviews turned on.
