# Product Updates

> A weekly record of what's new and improved in Voxworks.

## What this section is

Voxworks ships continuously. This section is the plain-English record of what changed each week — new features you can start using, and improvements to things you already use.

Each page covers a single week and groups changes under **New features** and **Improvements**. Where a change affects something already documented, we link straight to the relevant page so you can read the full detail.

<Note>
  Some changes described here happen in the calling engine rather than in the app, so there is nothing new to click. Those items say so, and tell you to speak to the Voxworks team if you'd like them configured for your scripts.

## Latest updates

### [Week of 4 August 2026](/updates/2026-08-04)

The **Test Console** arrived, letting you build simulated callers and run them against a script as automated test calls. Batch retry policy became a visual timeline you click rather than a set of numbers you type, with a new rule for contacts who ask to be called back. The Calls list gained Trunk, Outcome and Sentiment filters plus call tags, and the AI can now review your script on demand with the new **Regenerate** button.

### [Week of 28 July 2026](/updates/2026-07-28)

A completely rebuilt [Dashboard](/dashboard/overview) with an AI-versus-human comparison, objectives, call outcomes and an **Export PDF** report. [AI recommendations](/scripts/ai-generation) became a proper review workflow inside the script editor, with accept, dismiss and undo. Scripts also gained voicemail modes, verbatim knowledge base answers, background classifiers and per-step key terms.

### [Week of 21 July 2026](/updates/2026-07-21)

[Call details](/calls/call-details) were rebuilt around the transcript: every message now shows the flow and step behind it, a **System notes** panel explains what went wrong, and you can ask the AI to explain any moment. In-progress calls gained a **Live call** panel with live sentiment and the ability to trigger a handoff or end the call. [Live Handoff](/scripts/live-handoff) gained Warm and Cold transfer modes and per-step control.

### [Week of 14 July 2026](/updates/2026-07-14)

Automations gained a **Schedule** trigger so they can run on a recurring timetable, plus a sandboxed **Code** step for reshaping data mid-pipeline. A new **MCP Clients** settings page lets you connect and revoke external AI applications that work with your scripts.
