What it does

While you set up a new account, the Voxworks assistant sits beside the welcome steps: “I can build your AI call agent from your website, let you talk to it on a test call, and answer anything along the way.” Open it with Open the voxworks assistant if it is closed. It can:
  • Answer setup questions, such as “What does the free trial include?”, “Which script type should I pick?” or “Can I use my existing business number?”, using these docs.
  • Fill in the forms for you from what you tell it in chat, such as your name or your company and industry. You still check and submit each form yourself. It can’t verify your phone or accept the terms for you.
  • Build your first agent. Ask “Build my agent from my website” and it writes your first script from your website or a short description of your business. A card in the chat shows progress.
  • Start a test call so you can talk to your agent, in the browser or on your own phone.
  • Tell you where you’re up to — which steps are done, what comes next, and whether your team, script and phone number already exist.
  • Take you to the next step, or back to an earlier one. It always goes in order, so required steps such as phone verification can’t be skipped.
Building the agent needs your personal details, a verified phone and a team with a name and industry first. The assistant tells you what’s missing. See Onboarding for the setup steps themselves. Once setup is done, the in-app assistant takes over on every team page.
