Overview

Sometimes you need someone outside your Voxworks account to look at a specific call — a QA reviewer, a client, or support staff who doesn’t have a login. This page covers the sharing options available to you today and what’s planned for finer-grained, per-call reviewer access.

Sharing a call today

The supported way to get a call in front of someone without a Voxworks login is the Call Summary Report PDF on the Call Details panel. Click the download icon in the panel header and Voxworks generates a PDF containing the contact’s name, the call’s date and time, the metadata grid (Type, Script, Batch, Origin, Destination, Duration, Status, End Reason, Call ID), the call summary, objective results, the data collection table and the full transcript. The file downloads as <contact-name>_call_summary.pdf — ready to attach to a CRM record or send to anyone who needs the detail but not platform access. See Exporting a call as PDF for the full field list. If the person reviewing calls is part of your organisation and needs ongoing access rather than a one-off export, the standard path is to add them as a member of your account under Team Members and scope what they can see with Roles & Permissions, rather than sharing individual recordings or transcripts by hand.

Coming soon: per-call reviewer access

Voxworks is building a lighter-weight way to grant someone read-only access to a single call — without adding them as a full account member — for cases like QA spot-checks or support handoffs. It’s still in development and not yet available in the app; details will land here once it ships.
