Script Settings are grouped down the left of the Settings tab: Call Settings, Voice & Keywords, Live Handoff, Intent Pathways, Automations, and Delete.

Voice Selection

Choose the voice your assistant uses when speaking to callers.

Available Voices

Select a voice that matches your brand personality and audience expectations. You can preview voices before making a selection.

Key Terms

Key Terms improve transcription accuracy for specific terms important to your script. Add brand names, industry jargon, or uncommon words that might otherwise be misheard — type a term and press Enter. They sit under Voice & Keywords, alongside the Default Voice. Individual steps can carry their own Key Terms as well. For detailed guidance, see Key Terms.

Voicemail

The Voicemail field, under Call Settings, decides what happens when an outbound call reaches voicemail: Hangup, Leave Voicemail, or Leave SMS. The message box appears beneath it for the two modes that need one. See Voicemail Message.

Maximum Call Duration

Controls how long a call can last before the system automatically ends it. This prevents calls from running indefinitely and helps manage costs. When the limit is reached, the assistant will gracefully end the call. Use Cases:
  • Short interactions — Set lower limits for quick transactions (e.g., 5 minutes)
  • Complex conversations — Allow more time for detailed discussions (e.g., 30 minutes)
  • Cost management — Cap duration to control usage costs
