Choose the voice your assistant uses when speaking to callers.

Select a voice that matches your brand personality and audience expectations. You can preview voices before making a selection.
Keywords
Keywords improve transcription accuracy for specific terms important to your script. Add brand names, industry jargon, or uncommon words that might otherwise be misheard.

Maximum Call Duration
Controls how long a call can last before the system automatically ends it.

This prevents calls from running indefinitely and helps manage costs. When the limit is reached, the assistant will gracefully end the call.
